We’ll schedule a call to go deeper — learning about your parenting philosophy, daily routines, caregiving expectations, and what alignment truly looks like for your family.
Values Profile
We create a thorough values and needs profile for your family. This is the foundation of every match we consider.
Candidate Introduction
We introduce you to caregivers we’ve hand-selected based on your profile. We’ll share our reasoning and why we believe each candidate is worth meeting.
Interviews & Trial
We guide you through interviews and help facilitate a trial period so both parties can assess genuine fit.
Placement & Agreement
We help formalize the placement with a clear work agreement, aligned expectations, and a transition plan that sets everyone up for success.
Ongoing Support
We remain available as a resource and advocate throughout your placement — because our job doesn’t end at hire.

Application
