Noble Nannies

Built from the inside out.

Noble Nannies was founded by someone who has lived every side of this equation

Nicole's Story

I’ve been the nanny who poured her whole heart into a family’s children. I’ve been the educator who understood what early childhood development actually looks like in practice. And I’ve been the mother sitting at the kitchen table, terrified to trust someone else with the most important thing in my world.

After years in the childcare industry, I kept seeing the same gap: agencies that prioritized speed over fit, volume over values, convenience over care. Families and nannies were being matched on logistics alone — and it wasn’t working. Placements were falling apart. Nannies were burning out. Parents were starting over, again and again.

I founded Noble Nannies because I believe there’s a better way. One built on genuine alignment, honest communication, and a deep respect for the people on both sides of the placement.

This is not a transactional agency. This is a values-first practice — and every decision we make reflects that.

Nicole's Background

Our Philosophy

We believe alignment is everything.

Not alignment on paper. Real alignment — on attachment philosophy, communication style, discipline approach, daily rhythms, and what it means to truly show up for a child.

When families and caregivers share a vision for how children should be raised, placements don’t just work. They thrive. They last. They become something meaningful to everyone involved.

That’s what we’re building here. One intentional placement at a time.

Shared Vision Over Convenience

We never rush a match. The right fit is worth the time it takes to find it.

Caregivers as Professionals

We set industry-standard expectations, advocate for fair compensation, and treat nannies with the respect they’ve earned.

Families Supported Beyond Placement

We don’t disappear after the paperwork. We remain a resource, a guide, and a partner.

Education as Advocacy

Knowledge empowers everyone. We provide free resources and training to both families and caregivers.

Community as the Foundation

Childcare is not a transaction. It’s a relationship — and relationships require a village
